Conical Rounder CONICA T1

SIGMA rounder machines, endowed with the best safety, reliability and durability guarantee, ensure perfect rolling of bread rolls of different formats, even in case of soft dough, without altering or distorting the final shape. All the rounder machines are equipped with aluminium channels with non-stick coating, adjustable flour duster and rotating cone treated with non-toxic nickel or Teflon. Sigma offers different rounder machine models: CONICAL rounder machine T1 for pieces from 100/150 gr to 2000 gr. CONICAL rounder machine T2 for pieces from 300 gr to 3900 gr. DOUBLE-CONE rounder machine T1 for pieces from 100/150 gr to 2000 gr. DOUBLE-CONE rounder machine T2 for pieces from 300 gr to 3900 gr. The latter has the same characteristics of a single-cone machine, even the overall dimensions, but its productivity is doubled because the process does not require any further manual handling. A special arrangement of the two conveyor belts causes the seal of dough to face down when entering in the second cone. Upon request, the machines can be equipped with cold and hot air blowing channels with adjustable thermostat, exit conveyor belt and machine stainless steel coating. SIGMA rounder machines comply with EU directives on safety and hygiene.
